At the outset, we conducted a preliminary study of the client and his brand, as well as his accounts available on social media, and identified his most important strengths beside to important development points. His position in the market among his competitors was determined, as well as a study of his competitors.
After that, we met with the client to understand his point of view about his products and services, and also to understand his needs, the goals he seeks, and who the target segment of consumers is. It was also necessary for us to know his most important products that he wanted to focus on. Based on these discussions and also on the preliminary study we conducted, the client was given a set of basic recommendations to achieve the goals he seeks. A road map was also drawn for the client, at the end of which he sees his position among his competitors and the most important benefits that will accrue to him if the recommendations outlined are implemented.
Internally, based on the meeting with the client, a detailed plan was developed outlining the most important action steps, the most important recommendations, as well as the most important advertising campaigns necessary and their requirements to achieve the client’s goals. His approval was obtained and work began accordingly.
